ABOUT DELTA LAW
Built for Companies That Need More Than a Law Firm.
Delta Law is a fully virtual Canadian law firm providing senior commercial legal support to founders, operators, and executive teams. We combine legal precision with a genuine understanding of how businesses operate.

WHO WE ARE
A Different Kind of Business Law Firm.
Delta Law was built for companies that have outgrown transactional legal relationships but are not ready for full-time in-house counsel. We integrate into your operations, learn your business, and provide the kind of consistent, senior-level legal support that used to require a Bay Street retainer or an in-house hire.
We operate as a fully virtual practice with offices in Toronto, Ontario and Calgary, Alberta, serving businesses across Canada. Our work is focused on commercial contracts, corporate structure, and the legal function that growing companies need but rarely have properly resourced.
Every engagement at Delta Law is led by senior counsel. Your matters are handled directly, with full context of your business and your commercial objectives.
WHAT SETS US APART
How We Work Differently.

01
Senior Counsel on Every Matter
You work directly with experienced legal professionals on every engagement. Your matters are never passed to a junior associate or handled by someone unfamiliar with your business.

02
Flat-Rate Pricing
Every engagement is priced transparently before work begins. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices, and no ambiguity about what legal support will cost your business.

03
Commercial Perspective
We understand how legal decisions connect to revenue, operations, and long-term business relationships. Our counsel reflects the commercial realities of your situation, not just legal formality.

OUR MISSION
Strong Legal Foundations Are Essential for Scalable Businesses.
Our mission is to provide proactive, commercially grounded legal guidance that empowers businesses to transact with confidence, manage risk effectively, and build legal infrastructure that supports long-term growth. We do not believe legal support should be reactive, opaque, or inaccessible to growing companies.
What We Do
Our Practice Areas

Fractional General Counsel
Embedded legal counsel for leadership teams that have outgrown ad hoc legal support. We take ownership of your commercial contract function on a fixed monthly retainer, providing consistent oversight without the cost of a full-time hire.

Contract Law
Project-based contract review, drafting, and negotiation for one-time matters. From supplier agreements to client contracts, we ensure your legal position is sound and your interests are protected before you sign.

Deal Execution Advisory
Hands-on advisory support for CEOs and CROs navigating complex, high-value deals. We work alongside your team on deal strategy, negotiation preparation, and stakeholder alignment to reduce execution risk.

Corporate Law
Ongoing corporate governance and structural support. From shareholder agreements to director changes, we keep your corporation compliant, well-organized, and positioned for what comes next.
